What we collect

When you place an order, we store your name, email, shipping address, and order details so we can fulfill and track your purchase. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address. If you use our Contact form, we store your name, email, and message.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to process orders, respond to inquiries, and — if you've subscribed — send occasional updates about Lunasons. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.

How we protect it

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Orders and account data are kept in a password-protected database, and administrative access requires a separate login.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by contacting us. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, reach out via the Contact page or email support@lunasons.com.

Updates to this policy

We may update this page from time to time as the store evolves. Check back occasionally for the latest version.
