Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll be able to follow your order's progress — pending, processing, shipped, delivered — any time on the Track Order page.

Payment on delivery

We currently support Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Your order is confirmed as soon as it's placed; payment is settled according to the method you choose at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, get in touch within 7 days of delivery via the Contact page or by emailing support@lunasons.com with your order number. We'll walk you through the return or exchange — items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know right away with a photo if you can. We'll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
